Our Programmes
Three programmes, each designed for a different scale of workplace matter.
Whether the situation calls for a preliminary conversation or a full multi-month engagement, thailand-ai-innovate has a structured programme to match.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
Every programme at thailand-ai-innovate follows the same underlying methodology, regardless of scale. We begin by meeting with each side separately to understand their account of events and their sense of what a fair outcome would look like. We do not combine these private conversations — what one party tells us in a private session is not shared with the other without permission.
From those private meetings, we develop an agenda for the joint sessions — a set of topics to address in order of their likely tractability. We begin with the issues least likely to cause confrontation, building the parties' confidence in the process before moving to the harder questions.
Private Session with Each Party
Understand each side's account and what they hope the process will produce.
Agenda Preparation
Identify areas of likely agreement and the harder issues to address later in the process.
Structured Joint Sessions
Mediated conversation, with a written record produced after each session.
Settlement or Conclusion
Agreement documented and — where parties choose — submitted for court approval.
Programme 1
Initial Mediation Consultation
A first conversation, attended by representatives of the parties or by one party at a time, in which a mediator describes how the process is conducted, what topics are typically discussed, and how the parties' decisions are recorded. The conversation is unhurried and treated as a chance for both parties to consider whether mediation suits their situation. A short written summary is provided afterwards.
Suitable at any stage — before, during, or after an internal process
Can be attended by one party at a time if a joint meeting is premature
Written summary provided — useful as a record of what was explained
No obligation to proceed to a full programme
Programme Fee
฿3,700
Typically 2–3 hours · Single session
Programme 2
Structured Programme for Small Group Disputes
A series of mediated sessions, typically four to six, that addresses a labour disagreement involving a small group of staff and the employer — for example, a disagreement about working hours, internal procedures, or a particular incident. Each session is followed by a written record. The mediator's role is to maintain a respectful conversation throughout. Suited to mid-sized internal matters.
Four to six structured sessions with a consistent mediator
Written record after each session, agreed by all parties before the next begins
Private sessions with each side before joint sessions begin
Suitable for groups of 2–12 employees
Typical completion within 4–8 weeks
Programme Fee
฿15,800

Programme 3
Multi-Party Programme with Settlement Drafting
A multi-month engagement that addresses a substantial labour matter involving multiple parties — for example, a workforce-wide dispute, a restructuring conversation, or a coordinated grievance. The work includes private conversations with each side, structured mediation sessions, drafting of settlement documents, and follow-through to court approval where the parties choose to seek it.
Suitable for matters involving 13 or more employees, or multiple distinct parties
Includes settlement document drafting in Thai and English
Support for submission to the Labour Court for approval, where requested
Workforce-wide disputes, restructuring conversations, coordinated grievances
Dedicated case manager throughout the engagement
